LOCTITE 222 is a low-strength thread-locking device that allows adjustment of screws including recessed screws and set screws. Suitable for less strong materials such as aluminium or brass where fracture could occur during disassembly. The product is suitable for all metals, including passive materials such as stainless steel, aluminium and surface-treated materials. It has a proven tolerance for light soiling by industrial oils such as engine oil, corrosion-resistant oil and cutting oil.
