The COMBIDISC® CDR DIA diamond abrasive discs from Pferd Tools are designed for machining extremely hard materials and wear-resistant coatings. They are compatible with the COMBIDISC system, featuring a quick and secure screw-on mounting.

 

Features:

The diamond abrasive discs are based on the COMBIDISC CDR system with a plastic external-threaded screw connection. This fastening method facilitates assembly and eliminates the risk of the disc becoming detached during use. Together, these features contribute to stable operation, with minimal vibration felt during machining operations.

 

The diamond abrasive enables the machining of very hard materials, including wear-resistant coatings and armour plating. The various grit sizes available cover several levels of finish, from rough grinding to finer sanding. The discs must be used with hard or medium-hard COMBIDISC backing pads, which must be ordered separately. They are also compatible with other systems, such as Roloc™, Lockit, Speed Lok TR, Power Lock Type III, Fastlock B or Roll-On.
