A hydraulic nut HYDNUT consists of a steel press ring within which a steel annular piston can move and table. The annular piston has two grooves for sealing rings and a flat groove for the red O-ring, which indicates the maximum stroke. Between the press ring and annular piston is a pressure chamber filled with hydraulic oil. This is sealed with two seals.
Strengths
•The advantages of mounting by measuring based on the displacement are the simplified installation, increased safety and accuracy, and the added ability to install sealed rolling bearings correctly
Applications
Mounting of Rolling Bearings With a Tapered Bore
