Strengths
Carbide provides excellent wear resistance and improves tool life. The continuously thinned core (CTW) provides excellent transverse strength that improves chip evacuation and enables high performance. The 4-facet split point provides perfect centering and low cutting forces, resulting in highly accurate holes with superior surface finish. The TiAlN coating increases surface hardness, wear resistance and improves tool life. Controlled sharpening and the exterior corner design provide high and consistent tool life.
