Suited to high radial loads and for use as a floating or fixed bearing, cylindrical roller bearings offer low friction and good rigidity. They are available in a wide range of designs and variants addressing specific conditions: heat, axial displacement, operating noise, speed, capacity, etc.
The NJ.EA.T2X series from NTN combines cylindrical rollers, optimized ULTAGE™ geometry and a polyamide cage. This design meets the needs of mechanisms subjected to significant radial loads and high rotational speeds.

Features:
The line contact between the rollers and the raceways (cylindrical rollers) allows support of significant radial loads while maintaining good high-speed capability. The NJ configuration combines two shoulders on the outer ring and one shoulder on the inner ring. This architecture provides axial guidance of the shaft in a single direction and permits the acceptance of a moderate axial load in that direction.
The separable design facilitates assembly and disassembly operations, particularly when tight fits are required. The rings can be mounted independently on the shaft and in the housing.
The EA version is based on NTN's ULTAGE™ technology. Optimization of roller diameter, length and number increases load capacity while retaining standard overall dimensions. This development allows for extended maintenance intervals and offers improved high-speed performance.

Maintenance:
