Polyester canvas support, rigid YF weight, mixed Cubitron ceramic grains and aluminum oxide, closed powder, resin binder. Polycut anti-heating treatment.

Strengths

Polycut procedure that reduces the impact of heat on the mineral and the worked part: the cut is improved and the product life is increased. Canvas support provides greater flexibility over fibre support for more efficient homogenization operations.

Applications

Applications of debaceing and semi-finishing of stainless steel welds, or steel, more specifically in fine sheet metal. Materials worked: Stainless steel, allied steels in chrome, nickel and/or cobalt. Also for non-ferrous metals such as brass or aluminum under lubrication.
