The flap disc features durable polyester backed flaps coated with a quick cut zirconium aluminum mineral. Our 577F discs provide increased cutting capacity and durability in demanding applications such as weld removal, sharp edge machining and caulking.

Strengths

•Alumina-zirconia mineral with adjuvant provides greater cutting power than aluminum oxide in all types of metal
The slats allow you to smooth and join in one pass, saving you time
Heavy polyester backed lamellas last longer in high pressure applications such as sharp edge machining and chamfering
