In response to the new ESA guidelines, Fluke introduces test probes with built-in fuses for additional measurement protection. And if the fuse in the probe does blow, these probes still allow the meter to indicate the presence of voltage, which helps prevent a possible misinterpretation of "no voltage present".
The new modular FTP probes can be attached to any Fluke modular test lead system. With a rating up to CAT III 1000 V, these probes also feature removable, insulated tips for added safety.

- The probes enable continued indication of present voltage, even if the fuse has blown, preventing the user from thinking that there is no voltage present
- 2 mm threaded probe tips with removable 4 mm lantern-shaped spring contacts and removable GS38 insulated IC caps for measuring on closely spaced connections
