Many applications require spherical bearings that are suitable for oscillating movements and that can accommodate misalignment. Each design and combination has characteristic properties which makes it particularly suitable for certain applications.

Axial spherical plain bearings are designed to accommodate axial and combined radial-axial loads. This specific design features a maintenance-free steel/PTFE-FRP sliding pair. Relubrication is, however, possible from both sides if the longest possible bearing life is to be achieved.
