FLUKE 28II/EUR TRUE RMS INDUSTRIAL MULTIMETER (IP67)

The Fluke 27 II and 28 II digital multimeters set a new standard for working in harsh conditions, while at the same time having the features and accuracy to resolve most electrical problems.
