Lenox saw blades are manufactured from metals into solid, stable and inert blades, andare coated with a water-based paint(s). Under normal sawing conditions, the saw bladesare considered to be articles in that they do not release more than very small quantitiesof hazardous chemicals and do not cause physical or health hazards as defined in theOSHA Hazard Communication Standard. Hazardous chemicals may be released if theblades are welded, cut, grinded, melted or otherwise physically altered. This SDS was prepared to address the potential for exposure to dust and/or fumegenerated from the saw blade. Beyond the scope of this MSDS, the material being cutmay contain hazardous chemicals and therefore needs to be evaluated with effectivecontrols instituted to prevent exposure
Strengths
Nickel alloy-brazed diamond particles maintain sharpness to keep cutting after conventional carbide grit fails A narrow kerf design enables thinner, faster cuts Unlike bulky snap cutters which crush pipes and leave ragged, uneven cuts, LENOX DIAMOND cuts clean Durable chrome alloy backing steel provides extra stability Dual tang allows end user to flip blade around reducing amount of wasted grit and maximizing cost per cut Lasts 6X longer diamond grit cutting edge and dual tangs provide longer life than standard carbide grit blades Cuts 3X faster narrow kerf edge removes less material for faster cutting
